The YH-ESS-B100S16 home energy storage battery box can form a solar storage system with photovoltaics and inverters. Under the control of the inverter (the inverter must support multiple operating modes), it can run multiple operating modes: photovoltaic priority Mode, mains priority mode, inverter priority mode and mixed function mode, the details are as follows:
1.Photovoltaic priority mode: It can maximize the use of green solar energy and realize energy saving and emission reduction. When the photovoltaic is invalid, switch to the mains power supply. This mode maximizes the use of solar energy while maintaining battery power, and is suitable for areas with relatively stable power grids.
2.Mains priority mode: switch to inverter power supply only when the mains is invalid, which is equivalent to a backup UPS and is used in areas with unstable power grids.
3.Inverter priority mode: switch to mains power supply only when the battery is undervoltage, this mode maximizes the use of DC power and is used in areas with stable grids.
4.Mixed function mode: When the battery is not connected or the battery is fully charged, the load is mixed with photovoltaic power and mains power, and the maximum output power of PV is output. (for MF use only)
