Our product is an intelligent and modular power supply equipment integrating lithium battery and MPCS. Q: How does battery storage work without solar?
A: Many homeowners aren't aware that battery storage can be used independently of solar panels, by capturing power from the grid and storing it for power outages or peak demand times. Having this backup allows you to both save money and improve your energy efficiency without necessarily having to install solar panels.
Q: Can battery last more than 10 years?A: Most car manufacturers guarantee EV batteries for eight years/160,000km, with some estimates suggesting electric car battery life is somewhere between 10 and 20 years. Electric vehicle (EV) batteries can also be replaced if required.
Q: Can I run my house on battery?
A: It is possible to run a home off a battery during the power cut, but the controls for a conventional home battery are not currently good enough – if they don't operate 100% perfectly, there would still be the risk of electrocution, and if the battery does not operate properly it does not 'fail safe'.
Q: Can batteries run out when not used?
A: A battery can go flat for a number of reasons, usually because it hasn't been used for two weeks or because you've accidentally left something electrical running for long periods without the engine being on – think headlights or radio.
